Our Vision & Design Approach
The proposed development is grounded in the core principles of amenity, community, and flexibility. DDA has adopted a place-first, ground-up design strategy, carefully configuring the ground plane to cultivate vibrant and engaging public spaces. This thoughtful approach ensures the placement of towers optimises views, while minimising visual and physical impacts on the adjacent laneway surrounding residential buildings.
At street level, a diverse mix of uses has been introduced to reflect and enhance the character of the surrounding streets, roads, and laneways. The podium features a dynamic facade that adds architectural depth, fosters visual interest, and maintains a pedestrian-friendly, human scale.
A landscaped ground plane has been created for the residential precinct, offering a distinct identity that clearly differentiates the residential towers from the commercial and retail podium. This clarity in architectural language ensures coherence from multiple vantage points and enhances the legibility of the development.
